What Are My Payment Options?

We accept Cash or Check as well as Major credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover Card. Full payment must be received at least 7 days prior to the date of your event. This ensures the use of the selected equipment unless other arrangements are made. A Deposit will be required to secure our equipment and services for you for the date of your event. The deposit 30% of the estimated total.

What is Your Rental Policy?

In order to confirm a reservation, we ask for a %50 deposit. This is required to take the desired items out of the available inventory and assign it to you and your event. This way, your items are locked.[

What is My Balance Due?

The complete balance is due 10 business days prior to the event/delivery. We accept Cash, Check, and all Major Credit Cards.

Who is Responsible For Damaged or Missing Items?

The customer is responsible for all equipment from the time of delivery until pick­up. The customer is also responsible for missing or damaged items and verifying an accurate count of rental items received and returned.

Does NE Pro offer On­-Site Consultation?

If you aren’t sure that the event location is a proper fit for your event/tent(s), or if you wanted some insight as to how your event can be arranged then not to worry! We offer Free On­Site Consultations within 30 miles of Wilmington, Massachusetts. This way we can answer your questions, take measurements, and see what items or tent sizes will be a perfect fit for your event. If the destination is further than 30 miles away from Wilmington MA then a small charge will apply. Call if you would like to inquire about this service.

Does NE Pro offer On­-Site Service?

You may wish to retain the services of a NE Pro employee during an event to ensure all items function properly and to help you solve unforeseen problems. Please call for more information and prices.

Emergencies and After Hour Assistance

If for some reason something happens to go wrong with the equipment or if something isn’t working properly, don’t hesitate to call. NE Pro is there for it’s customers 24/7. An NE Pro representative will be there to fix the problem as soon as we can. Just leave a message and we will get back to you promptly. NE Pro also provides emergency rental services. If you planned an outside party without the expectation of rain, and it happens to do so, then give us a call. Our experts can help you plan with short notice and ensure the success of your event. However, planning 2­8 weeks prior to the event is encouraged to ensure you get all of the items you need on lock.
